Bruce Lewis Signs Book Deal!

From Bruce's Livejournal: "I finally concluded my long-awaited book deal with Chrysalis Publishing UK this past week, which means it’s time to stop jawing and start drawing (and writing) the damned thing. For the eight weeks following JAFAX I will be here in my studio at Chez BitPig putting together the 180-odd pages of the book (which will be titled Draw Manga) for an August 31 deadline, which means I’m not going to be doing much of anything else during that time, including writing Journal posts. In other words: I’m going to be updating this journal seldom (if at all) for the rest of the summer." Good luck, Bruce! We're all rootin' for you!

Back from A-Kon!

All of us made it back in one piece, or as close to it as possible. We had a great time at A-Kon and want to thank all of you who stopped by the CDE table and said hi and all the brave people who stepped up to the mic at Karaoke OK on saturday night. We hope to see you all again next year!
